Design and installation of mechanical and electrical services for the new build construction of a 216 bedroom hotel. The building comprises of a ground floor complete with reception lounge, lounges, bar, restaurant, plantrooms, service spaces, back of house spaces, with a first floor level comprising of meeting rooms, gym and hotel admin area plus 8 upper floors dedicated to bedroom space.

The logistics of the project, with a programme of 32 weeks, required EBS to work seamlessly with the client and design team, assisting with providing precision engineering solutions and project management skills ensuring successful / on time delivery, requiring proactive management and collaboration from our onsite teams.

Works included the full MEP Design, BREEAM and Fire Engineering.
