The projects involves the refurbishment of the existing building at Lower Dens to produce a 4* Hotel Indigo containing 102 bedrooms, restaurant and public space. Services included Design, Lighting, Domestic water services, Fire alarms, Heating and cooling via airconditioning, Intruder alarm, Ventilation systems, CCTV, Dry risers, Small power, Sprinklers and Data.
