Emtec Fire Systems were appointed to complete the design, installation and commissioning of the Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, CCTV, Door Access, Security Systems and Fire Sprinkler System.

The new build hotel compromises of a ground floor complete with reception lounge, lounges, bar, restaurant, services spaces and 6 upper floors dedicated to bedroom space.

The new build office development includes commercial and retail space on the ground floor and 6 upper floors dedicated to office space.
