Emtec Core & Protect are pleased to have been appointed by Sharkey to undertake Diamond Drilling and Sawing, and Passive Fire Protection works at Commercial Quay.

The Category A listed building which lies at the heart of Leith’s shore area is undergoing an extensive upgrade to provide office, retail and leisure outlets. Core & Protect’s contract involves core drilling and sawing to form openings for new service installations, fire stopping of services, cavity barrier installation, and upgrading the building’s structural fire protection.
