Emtec Facility Services are pleased to announce that they have continued to grow their portfolio with the prestigious car dealership, Lookers, after securing another substantial region in the UK.

Lookers proudly represent 32 manufacturing brands selling new and used vehicles from 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.

As well as Scotland and the North of East of England, Emtec will now support Northwest England and Yorkshire, taking their number of sites to 78. The nature of the sites varies and includes car dealerships, repair and parts centres and workshops.

The services delivered are all encompassing, from M&E maintenance, reactive cover, compliance, fabric works, and roller shutters. Emtec look forward to delivering another first-class service to our client.
