Emtec Property Services have recently been awarded the Upgrade of Hamilton’s Udston Hospital – CAMHS Reconfiguration Works. The project will be undertaken in a live environment with the hospital remaining fully operational throughout the length of the project.

Some of the works include downtakings, structural steelwork, internal alterations including partitioning, ceiling finishes, flooring, new services inclusive of above ground drainage, decoration, FFE, external works to form a carpark and associated drainage.
