Scope of Work

Emtec provides comprehensive facilities management (FM) services, including planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance, alongside small works projects. Their dedicated team, consisting of specialist technicians, managers, and a CAFM coordinator, ensures planned preventive maintenance (PPM) meets BNP Paribas’ specifications and complies with SFG20 statutory standards. On BREEAM-certified sites, Emtec adheres to sustainability and environmental efficiency principles during maintenance.

Effective communication is central to Emtec’s approach. The team works closely with on-site building managers through a dedicated helpdesk, allowing for maintenance to be planned to minimise disruption to daily operations.
