Provision of mechanical and electrical services for the Category A Fit out of newly constructed 10 storey office space to provide new Headquarters for Morgan Stanley Financial Services in Glasgow. The project consists of 9 floors of accommodation (Ground to Level 08 Inclusive), a basement and roof level with a total NIA of approximately 155,000 sqft. The project was fast tracked over 16 weeks requiring round the clock working / management to ensure the project was successfully delivered and any Client changes were incorporated into the project with no programme impact.
