As part of their decarbonisation efforts, Oil States selected Emtec Energy to enhance energy efficiency at their Bathgate manufacturing facility. Emtec designed and installed a bespoke 905kWp solar PV system on the facility’s challenging curved roof, overcoming installation difficulties with their skilled team. The system includes 2,154 high-performance modules, seven 100kW inverters, and advanced online monitoring.

This turnkey solution is projected to generate 728,748 kWh of clean energy annually, resulting in a significant reduction of 133,285 kg in carbon emissions each year. Emtec's focus on safety and cost-effectiveness underscores Oil States' commitment to a greener future and environmental stewardship.
