Emtec Core & Protect successfully complete their contract with Graham Construction at the PSR Buildings, Guardbridge. The multimillion pound project involved the development of an existing paper mill site to create a new, state of the art, modern working environment for key professional staff of the University of St Andrews. Core & Protect’s package consisted of Diamond Drilling and Sawing, Fire Stopping, Structural Fire Protection, and fire protecting the underside of former papermill’s timber roof using a specialist coating and top seal. The building is now rejuvenated and ready for its new occupants to enjoy.
