Reconfiguration of existing ward within a busy hospital to provide new CAMHS Unit (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services) to provide consulting rooms, offices, staff areas, family rooms and group rooms.

- Commissioning and rewire of ventilation to kitchen. Liaised with BMS contractor to assess condition/report and arrange corrective measures.
- Removal of medical gas system from Douglas ward and liaison with specialist contractor and anesthetist to rebalance the remaining supply to other wards.
