• External skin of Larch cladding, STO render and brickwork
• Alu Clad timber windows with aluminium curtain walling
• Steel roofing with Bauder roof system, rooflights and PV panels
• Internal timber partitions and fire doors
• Plumbing services, mechanical extract ventilation and controls
• Underfloor heating system, electrical, CCTV, intruder alarms
• Wall finishes including Altro, finished IPS along with FFE including gym hall equipment
• Vinyl / carpet floor finishes
• Full decoration throughout
