Emtec Property carried out the construction of new a new childcare building within Cairndow.

Contract Value: £1,690,000

Services included: Site levelling with upfill, strip foundations with concrete floor slab, timber kit constructed offsite in sections.  

Externally the building was cladded with Ashzip cladding with Russwood feature sections.  Alu clad timber windows with rooflights.  

Internally – Underfloor heating with new sanitaryware and ventilation installation, LTHW, Small power, data, fire and security and lighting installed.  Internal finishes including, decoration, floor finishes, manufactured joinery items. Externally a full hard and soft landscaping package was delivered to finish.
