​Marking 5 years of operating in the Tayside Region and the opening of our Regional Office in Dundee, we wanted to take a look back at one of our first projects delivered within the region.

Emtec Building Services (EBS) was involved in the refurbishment of 2x grade-A listed former mill buildings at Lower Dens, which were transformed into the Hotel Indigo and the Staybridge Suites, as part of Dundee’s waterfront regeneration programme. EBS provided the mechanical, electrical, fire and security installation for this exciting project.

The region has developed rapidly since then and it’s all thanks to the amazing team we have based there – well done to everyone.
