Emtec Building Services have been appointed to undertake the M&E fit out for the new reception area at No. 2 Freer Street, Edinburgh on behalf of Vastint.

The works will comprise of alterations to the existing HVAC installations and provision of new lighting and power throughout. Emtec will be working with Pacific Building Ltd as Principal Contractor and Turner Bates as Architect.
