Emtec Building Services have started on site this week with two exciting hotel refurbishments for our client Thomas Johnstone.

The Redhurst Hotel in Giffnock is going under a full refurbishment of their 19 bedrooms, function rooms, bar and restaurant for Manorview Hotel Group, with the project being overseen by Nixon Consultants.

The Marine Hotel in Troon also kicked off this week which includes a full internal refurbishment of all bedrooms, lounge bar, restaurant and reception, with the project being overseen by PMP Consultants.

This adds to the growing number of hotels that Emtec have been involved in.
