Emtec Building Services are delighted to be delivering the full M&E services for a new office development at Kildean Business Park, Stirling for our client Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd. The new development consisting of 77,000sq ft of Class A office space over 3 levels is targeting an “excellent” BREEAM rating and is due to complete mid-2022.
