Emtec Building Services have recently completed works on site at ‘True Students’ newest luxury student accommodation project at New City Road. Working with our client Ogilvie Construction, Emtec were responsible for the full design, supply and installation of all the MEP services, BREEAM and Fire Engineering.

Located within Glasgow’s Charing Cross area, the building consists of 315 high-quality rooms in a mix of individual studios and shared apartments with associated communal areas as well as a gym and cinema rooms.

This was a fantastic team effort from Emtec and Ogilvie Construction to complete the Student accommodation on time for the new Students moving in.
