​Emtec Building Services are pleased to announce they have recently been awarded the contract for University of Dundee's Fulton Building, Phase 4 refurbishment works.

Our Dundee office will be delivering the mechanical & electrical works alongside our valued client Primero Contracts Limited. Works have already started on site and is due to be completed in September 2022.
