The newly revamped Talisker Distillery has opened its doors to the public. Working with our valued client ISG, Emtec Building Services were responsible for the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation at the Distillery which is situated on the shores of Loch Harport in the small village of Carbost on the Isle of Skye. Emtec’s Off-Site facility also designed, manufactured and installed the off-site plantroom.

The new visitor attraction has been completely transformed as part of Diageo’s £185 million investment in Scotch tourism. Boasting a new interactive experience and revamped distillery tours, the new space demonstrates how Talisker’s Scotch Whisky is made by the sea. Emtec were delighted to be part of this exciting project.
