Emtec Building Services are delighted to be providing the Mechanical and Electrical Services on behalf of McLaughlin & Harvey for the King’s Buildings Nucleus Phase 1 project for the University of Edinburgh. The new building will comprise of learning and teaching facilities, student services, a shop and a variety of catering outlets.

The new building will also include:

•     A central atrium

•     Breakout / group pods / touchdown spaces

•     Group study rooms

•     400-seat lecture theatre

•     132-seat teaching studio

•     Two 300-seat lecture theatres

•     Two 150-seat lecture theatres

•     100 student teaching lab with 50 fume cupboards
