Emtec Building Services have successfully completed the installation and commissioning of M&E services to the new Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge Hotel for our clients McLaughlin & Harvey and Vastint Hospitality. The hotel, which is part of a new urban district under construction in Edinburgh is built on the former Scottish & Newcastle Fountain Brewery site and comprises of 262 rooms, ground floor bar, café and social areas along with a rooftop bar with stunning views over North Edinburgh. The project was delivered by the West Operations team building on their recent successes on Moxy Glasgow and Moxy Edinburgh Airport.

This is the 5th Moxy Hotel that Emtec Building Services have completed in the UK, with a further 3 Hotels under construction at present, all of which demonstrate the strength of our growing relationship with Vastint Hospitality.
