Emtec Building Services are extremely proud to be part of the Havannah House project which won Student Accommodation of the Year at the recent Scottish Property Awards.

This project was a Design and Build contract for the 458 bedded student accommodation block in Glasgow City Centre. Our Building Services division completed the full MEP Design, BREEAM and Fire Engineering of the project. Working for one of our key Construction partners Robertson Construction, Emtec delivered this prestigious project for our end client Vastint Hospitality.
