Emtec Building Services Ltd have been appointed to deliver the MEP Services for the Phase 1 works at the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc, Dundee. This first phase of work will begin the transformation from Michelin Tyre Factory to become a world leading Innovation Parc creating a centre of excellence for battery and hydrogen technologies.    

This is a prestigious project which will be delivered by Emtec’s Tayside office for our valued Client Robertson Construction.
